Delivery Details

We aim to pack and ship orders as quickly as possible. Orders are processed in the order they are received.

Orders need to be received before 10am PST for same day shipping although there may be orders already received ahead of yours so same day shipping may not always be possible.

We have a wide range of couriers that we use (UPS, Canpar, Purolator etc.) We always look to choose the best courier that offers the best prices for each specific destination. We will provide our customers with a tracking number once an order has shipped.

Orders will be shipped via standard method. Please contact us if you would like your order to be express shipped.

Customer’s can also request to have their orders shipped using their own accounts (please notify us if you would like to choose this option). Please note that shipping to rural destinations may result in extended shipping time.

Unless specified otherwise, all goods will be shipped FOB from our Vancouver warehouse

Customer’s shall assume all risk of loss of, or damage to, merchandise during transport. Insurance is optional and is the responsibility of the buyer to inform the seller to add to outgoing shipments.
